Important Quality Control
* The main material is a co-polymer of polyurethane (PU), molded in one piece, durable and sturdy. The PU seat and backrest are made with an integral board design. The inner layer material is made of ≥1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate. The exterior is made of 100% pure high-density polyurethane (PU) that completely wraps the chair seat and backrest (no exposed steel frame in the seat and backrest design), and no other substances are filled inside the seat and backrest. The overall thickness of the seat's PU edge is not less than 30mm.
* The side brackets of the seat and backrest are made of ≥1.5mm cold-rolled square steel, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 250kg.
* High-strength aluminum alloy integrally formed die-casting, with a surface coated with wear-resistant electrostatic epoxy powder. The installation of armrests does not affect the width space of the seat. The length of the armrests is appropriate, with smooth curves, which can prevent clothing from getting caught on the armrests and causing safety hazards.
* Made of ≥330*1.2mm steel plate, with no less than 7 pieces of ≥150*110*1.5mm reinforcing plates welded on. Mounting holes are punched on the crossbar, and the ends of the crossbar are sealed with plastic plugs.
* The seat and backrest are designed in a continuous manner, with a certain inclination when installed. The gaps between the seat panels are set reasonably, controlled between 4mm and 6mm, ensuring the overall aesthetics of the seat, avoiding debris accumulation, and facilitating cleaning to prevent children's hands and feet from getting stuck in the gaps between seats. Adjacent seat backrests are spaced apart, taking into account aesthetic requirements.
